Bringing 50 years of experience and a plethora of national awards for everything from frying to sustainability, the Whitby Fish and Chips Company trailer is the perfect option for any large event.
Our Catering Trailer
The catering trailer has a high volume frying range, which is unique in the UK and is the only high efficiency Kiremko frying range fitted to a mobile application in the country.
The fryer has the capacity to fry a ton of chips and half a ton of fish per day (the equivalent of 2500 portions!).
Branded, well presented and professional, we can provide our own silent, low emission generator or use on site electricity.

Our Food
Food provenance is central to our business ethos, and as an industry front-runner, we take the lead when it comes to sustainable produce. We are very proud to serve sustainable, excellent quality fish. We use only the very best frying potatoes, sourced as locally as possible. All our packaging is biodegradable and our frying oil is from a NEODA compliant sustainable source. The fish and chips we serve on the trailer is the same as you would find in our restaurants in Whitby.
Our People
All our staff are trained in Food Hygiene Level 2, and all our managers are all trained to Food Hygiene Level 3. It is company policy for a manager to always be present.
Our trailer has recorded CCTV for the safety and security of our staff and customers.
